And it always stops on writing leadin and sits there till I reboot my pc. Because the stop button will only tell my "easy I heard you the first time". Even killing the imgburn process in taskmanager keeps the drive busy and I can't eject the cds until after reboot. This is both with test and live modes. If someone has any idea please tell me. I had daemon-tools installed but de-installed it and stopped the STPD drivers aswell. I have followed some other threads and did a search but nothing has helped so far. I have not raid activated in bios either and the official drivers from plextor tells me that it can't find any devices. Thanks again! I 20:20:57 ImgBurn Version 2.5.1.0 started! moonsmile Posted May 20, 2010 Author Share Posted May 20, 2010 (edited) Tried updating the firmware with the link you provided but it says "No drive found". Intel P55 and here is the link to the drivers page gigabyte.eu. Before sending in the log file I tried updating with the "GIGABYTE SATA2 driver" but with no luck. moonsmile Posted May 20, 2010 Author Share Posted May 20, 2010 well the changelog for the bios didn't mention any I/O controllers but unless someone comes up with anything I'll try and flash my bios tmrw. Tried ImgBurn 2.5.0.0 too but same problem. Though it worked fine with winxp on my old computer. So it's either a hardware related problem or something with win7.
