IMG burn XBOX 360 backup help I/O error

it used to burn my back ups and now it doesnt ive tryd all the fixes ive used Verbatims ive updated my drives firmware ive downgraded my IMG BURN to the 2.4 ive tryd patin couffin thing but nothing worked

 

thanks for any advice that works

 

 

 

i know it says ritek thats because i didnt feel like blowing all my money on expensive verbatims and it used to burn ritek perfecly without an error

Have you tried with 6x and 8x?

 

Have you been able to burn the same brand before?

 

well i used to used memorex at 4x and ive burnt about 7 games before then all of a sudden i got the I/O error then i tryd to burn a different one then it worked then it hasnt worked since so i bought some verbatims 2.4x and still didnt work

Perhaps you need to run a cleaning disc in the burner.

 

yah ill probably try that but just in case lets say it doesnt work after what else could it be?

If it also fails with Verbatims, I would go and get a new burner. They do fall apart after some time of use (at least mines have that bad habit :( ).

You are way back in time. ImgBurn has evoluated to version 2.5.1.0. You should update it.

 

some one told me that if i got errors downgrading would be better to fix it bit it didnt

its all good i fixed it all i had to do is update my driver and switch to clone cd it burns much more smoother :thumbup: and only use verbatim and burn slower its all good now i had to use ABGX 360 to check to see if my BURNER was broke put it stealth checked a dual layer disk ive already burnd without error
