I bought this pack of 10 Polaroid DVD-R's and I've burned 4 things on 4 of them so far without a problem, so this problem is pretty out of the blue. Here is the log. However, I wasn't sure if this was my solution also due to the fact that a few of the disks in the bundle have worked perfectly so far. I'll try with new disks and see if that fixes the problem.
