Hey guys, I'm new to ImgBurn and I have a question regarding a game I tried to burn.

Ok so I have a DVD-R and a Wii. I tried to burn a Gamecube game on the DVD with ImgBurn. Here is the log:

Everything seems OK by the moment, there are no errors. So, after it burns I put it into my Nintendo Wii, the Gamecube logo appears on the Disc Channel, I click start and wait. Here is the problem: nothing loads! After I click start the screen goes black and nothing happens! The iso I downloaded is 1.35 GB and it's on NTSC format (same as my Wii). I don't get whats going on, is it the DVD? The burning process? The iso? Whats the problem? I don't get it. I have successfully burned other Wii games with the same type of DVD's and this is the first time I try to burn with a GCN game if that helps.

Any suggestions?

Nothing we can help you with. If imgburn burned and verified successfully, then it is out of our hands since we don't help with copied console games, unless there is a burning/verifying problem only. I'm afraid you will have to solve this yourself.

Anyway, it appears there is an firmware update for your drive 1.10, you currently have 1.00 installed. http://www.sony-asia.com/support/download/61505/sectionfirst?subpage=detail

Maybe you should use DVD+R that can be book typed to DVD-ROM instead of DVD-R...

You might want to try some better quality media as well. CMC Magnetics is garbage. It's been garbage for as long as I can remember. Try Taiyo Yuden (my preference) or legitimate Verbatim media.
