cod Posted July 31, 2011 Share Posted July 31, 2011 (edited) Hey when I tried creating a .iso file from a disc, it says "I/O Error! Interpretation: Check condition" and it had trouble reading the disc. (The disc is an original, wasn't copied or anything) I tried with 8x, then 2x, then 1x but they all failed. I'm using a Philips DVD+-RW DVD 8631 drive. I also changed the device 0 to PIO and device 1 to DMA. I restarted the computer after I applied the new settings but it still doesn't work. Any ideas? When the disc loads, it says the label and other stuff is unknown and it says the size is 0 MB, even though the disc is like 4.34 GB and it's an original Wii disc, Call of Duty Black Ops.
