Issues with a New External Drive and ImgBurn

I recently purchased a 4TB Seagate External Drive to hold my personal collection of movies.  I formatted it NTFS as I have done with previous drives.  Not it does not appear like I can burn any of the movies using ImgBurn without getting an "I/O Error."  I do not know where to find the error log or I would attach it.  I welcome any help anyone can provide.

You need double layer disc for that size you try to burn.

 

Or use DVDShrink to reduce the size to fit on single layer disc.
