problem with I/O Error? help pleas

Hello

This is my first time here i look at all problems who have i/o error but nobady have problem like I, i scearch by google youtube nothing helps. I burn 5 or 6 dvd 8.5gb but nothing always the same problem. it is problem in burner or in the file like i wont to burn gta V i don't know is problem in the dvd or burner or other else?

helpful i try with verbatim dvd's i burned 2 verbatim dvd always same problem nothing changed same thing.

Wrong discs, you want DVD+R DL, not DVD-R DL.

In the dvd-r dl was the problem al the time, but can my burner pioneer-rw dvrtd 11rs burn i think the problem is in burner. but i will try with verbatim dvd+r dl.

The error hapened at 97% with verbatim 8.5 GB DVD+R DL i burn gta v and set at overburn i read at the other forums that the error is normal.
