Not able to read full disk

I'm trying to read a windows 10 disk to make an iso image, but every time I try the read only takes 2 seconds and the iso file is only about 2kb (when I know it should be around 4gb). If anyone has any suggestions or knows why this might be happening I'd appreciate the feedback. Thanks

This is what's wrong...

Track Information:

Session 1...

-> Track 01 (LTSA: 0, LTS: 1, LRA: 0)

Your drive is misreporting the size of the track. LTS is 'Logical Track Size', and as you can see, it's being reported as '1' sector (2048 bytes).

A firmware update may fix it.

Here's one I found earlier...

http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=R185338

If that doesn't fix it, you'll have to read the disc in another drive without that firmware bug.
