I am a new user.

I have no problem using files that will go into a single layer.

If I select a large file and press the calculate button I get an error message that I have exceeded the limits of the ISO9660 system.

I attach an image of the error message

Can anyone point me to a solution?

are you choosing iso 9660 + UDF or just Iso9660?

why are you trying to make a build with an iso file , you should just use write mode and point the programme at the .mds file where the layer break info is stored, if you have no .mds file then mount the iso in daemon tools and transfer the files to your hdd and follow this guide http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=1780

FYI we do not support bypassing copyright protection

for using IMGburn read the guides its all covered there, the answer to your problem is on the screen shot try ISO 9660 +UDF
