Logical Address out of range

During the verify operation I receive the following error:

 

I/O Error!

 

of which I have attached a bmp file for your review. This error will continue for all sectors of the CD-R, and it has occured on several different medias.

I am running on Windows 2000 with sp 4.

Your drive simply isn't burning the discs properly.

 

Maybe it's time to ditch that old one and invest in something up-to-date?
