I/O error while verifying burned DVD Video image

Hello,

 

Please tell me the cause of this DVD Video error, I've seen similar to this before with Ritek Media, but this is Verbatim:

You have a simple verify error near the edge of the disk. Could be the disk, the drive or firmware.

 

Update your firmware - http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=2210

 

And, if possible, select the layer break closer to 50/50 (this would have burned only to about LBA 1,762,000 and then got to layer one, eliminating the more dangerous edge of disk).

The forum is down, I'll try another time.

 

I selected PGC 1 which I thought was the beginning of the VOB. How do I select (to about LBA 1,762,000) 50/50?

Looks like that selection isn't close. Extract the image to vob's and try again?
