Burning from VMware produces bad burns

Hello I figured out how to burn from VMware (by changing the virtual optical drive to scsi from ide) but when I burn to it I always get corrupt burns. I've tried the SPTI and Nero WINASPI32 with both producing verified bad burns.

Just some details:

XP Pro SP2 with latest updates, running as a guest in VMware 6.0.2.59824, using host Samsung SH-S203B.

Your +RW might be stuffed. After about 100 rewrites, my Verb +RW gave up and didn't write in some of the first sectors. Get some Verbatim (DataLife Plus) or Taiyo Yuden discs, they are some of the best you can buy.
