When i run it at max write speed it reaches 91% and then fails, so i switched to 4x and this happened. it's done this a number of times, and i have about 5 new coasters as a result. now, i know i'm not using verbatim dual layers and that this happens a lot with most other brands, I was just hoping for any kind of advice besides chucking these disks and buying verbatim ones. needless to say, i will be from now on. A suggestion would be to replace it with a decent drive from Plextor, Pioneer or other mainstream named drive. Others here will have ideas for addittional drives. Our tests, in the media section, show that your discs are also not recommended. A search of the web also shows them as a poor choice.
