Coliflower88 Posted November 9, 2008 Share Posted November 9, 2008 Just tried to burn a 360 backup with ym new pioneer DVDRW Sata drive and i got an error pop up half way through (using the same DL disks as always) Thereafter the disk failed with power calibration errors. I am running the latest version of Imbgurn with the DL layer break set manually as well. Also see log file below: I 10:21:57 ImgBurn Version 2.4.2.0 started! I 10:22:36 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: RICOHJPN-D01-67) (Speeds: 2.4x, 4x, 6x, 8x) The only reliable DL media is Verbatim DVD+R DL 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) made in Singapore burned at 2.4x. Coliflower88 Posted November 9, 2008 Author Share Posted November 9, 2008 (edited) ok will check firmware first, i have been using these discs for months without a problem until i got this new burner! retails as Aone DVD DL discs from ebuyer - they have always worked fine!
