I just checked it again with IB 2410 and infotool and yep it's an DAXON AKA FUJIFILM I bought these at walmart back in our beta days, until Glad to see everybody again! "Most" of 2007 really sucked!

No, Cynthia Windows is not barking at the drive. I found the problem thou I think?. I am reformatting another disk of the same media DVD+RW (Disc ID: DAXON-D42-00) and no errors so far. "WaitImmediateIO" was just an odd enough of an error that I had to bring it up.

Hi Folks I just got a newer old DVD burner an I decided to do a full reformat of a DVDRW and the format failed with this error. "W 19:18:51 Potential 'WaitImmediateIO' Deferred Error - (0%, 0/5) - A device attached to the system is not functioning." But I did a fast format on the same disk and it went OK ? Junk disk ? Junk drive ? LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW-1633S BS0Y (E:) (ATA) or what?
