    DVD+R DL help

I think this was the sole reason my previous burns were not working. Like i said, IMGburn assumes you are making a data format when you put a Audio along with a Video TS folder in the source. I successfully have been burning dual audio with subs on just video ts folder which makes a dvd video source tree

Just so you can clearify with the scrubs like me in the future if they say its a data format then make sure they are ONLY using video ts

    DVD+R DL help

Okay guys Update: I bought a new desktop dvd recorder and was proven faulty. I watched a video awhile ago that said when you open IMGburn to import source files to burn they said to do Audio and Video ts folder. okay so it would have been nice if you would have said just do the Video TS folder (mistake one) this creates a dvd video format. as for which program to use to build the TS folders if you have mkv video. use AVStoDVD

    DVD+R DL help

Update: okay so I downloaded a new program called AVStoDVD after reading about how DVDflick hasnt been really updated in a long time and it's not the best for .MKV videos. After using this to get the VIDEO_TS file I now am having a writing sectors problem that ends up freezing and then crashing the computer. since opening this topic I got a new faster DVD recorder and I can't tell if it is bad or what. Several times it has vanished from Device Manager and to get it back into working condition I need to BIOS check for it and once I click it for boot device it comes back to working condition. So I have wasted 2 disc from it writing about 4% and 11% before it freezes.

I looked up how to check if your disc burner is DVD+R DL writable and under device compatibility it is unchecked. Could this be the problem?

    DVD+R DL help

It's not a working disc I tried a new disc on 2 different dvd players and an Xbox. One dvd players pulls up the file names Video_TS and Audio_TS but I cant play off of it I can just see the files. the other dvd says no disc and the xbox says no disc. Is it possible that the problem is my burner is not DVD+R DL writable? i just found that

I burned the Video_TS and i tired it in my dvd player as well as xbox one. The dvd player pulls up a screen that says the files... "Video_TS and Audio_TS. can't do anything with them. The xbox says error enter a movie dvd. I have yet to burn a dvd after setting booktype to Lite-on but my concern is that it is saying that the content type is data and not DVD. the file size fits on my 8 gb Verbatim DVD+R DL
