I recently purchased a Matshita JU240 external BD burner, and have been learning to burn BD to play on my PS3, with little sucess. I download BD files from newz servers and burn them on Blu-ray disks. I have been finding a lot of MKV files. Is there any way to burn these with Imgburn?

As data, yes, just use the Build mode.

As a playable BluRay/AVCHD disc you'll need to use other programs to convert before burning.
