cnotadc

Hi. cnotadc here, I was wondering if there is anything I can do different, to get my DVD through the: L-EC Uncorrectable stage. It goes to about 93% and stops. I'm trying to get the image off this disc unto another. A friend had this DVD for awhile and sometimes the DVD reads as a CD. What is up with that? Should I use my DVD cleaner? Please help...I hope I'm being CLEAR. Thanks.
