protected discs? i just bought the software, cause it said i can copy my 360 games

well i am having problems with my image burn... it doesnt do anything.. i will put an xbox360 game in to copy.. then at the very bottom of screen it says device not ready (meduim not present - tray closed) i have tooled around with every option and can't get the program to read or do anything... i am computer literate- but am not understanding the problem that i am having with this software
