  1. ok cool ill try that and report back with a log oh btw i tried that link to update my firmware and it told me wrong file and didnt match my drive there was a couple letters that were different on mine that didnt match on that site which u cant see until u try to update #39;(
  2. hello my dvd burner wont burn dvd+r dls anymore keep getting this error message ive burnt so many with no problems i use the same type of disc ive always used which is (sony dvd+r dl) so the disc isnt theproblem for sure i know this to be a fact cus ive burnt 75 xbox360 games with this type of disc without a hiccup i use imgburn and it will burn cds and regular dvds jus fine if someone could pls help me would be greatly appreciated.   4. nevermind everyone i bought a new package of the same disc and it burned just fine so that means i got ahold of a bad batch of disc yahooooooo thank you all who offered help its very kind of u all i was getting a little worried cus ive been doing this for a long time without anyproblems i jus never would of thought that the last 6 disc out of 10 would all have been bad i dunno but im in good shape now thanks again im happy as u can tell lol
  5. Try the other available write speeds. i have tried that. the speed that ive always burned at was 4x so for sh**s and giggles i tried 2.4x but same thing thanks for the reply sir
