  1. I have tried each brand of disc and none have worked. (All DVD-Rs this time.)
  2. Greetings, My plextor PX-712SA drive is reading discs (CDs / DVDs) fine. However, when I go to burn a DVD (not a CD) via ImgBurn I get the following: "Device Not Ready (Tracking Servo Failure)." Error log: I 23:42:48 ImgBurn Version 2.5.1.0 started! I've tried using both DVD-Rs and DVD+Rs. Neither seem to be picking up. Brands used: Maxell and Dynex. Is my drive dead? Or do I possibly have a rootkit on my system not detected by Norton? Sincerely, Ice
