The opening screen on IMGBURN displays a HELP tab. Clicking on HELP displays an IMGBURN STATISTICS tab. Clicking on that tab gives the number of discs burned. My question is how can I delete this number or clear it to zero?

The drive has been playing dvds perfectly and burning cdrs with no coasters. I just updated the firmware for the drive. Still getting coasters.

I am experiencing many coasters lately in burning despite consistent success previously. In the last several weeks, I had been using SONY and TDK DVD-R discs and having no luck with successful burns. I use DVD Shrink and DVD-43 to rip and shrink movies to an ISO file. Then I use IMGBURN to burn to DVD-R. Based on your forum, I purchased Taiyo Yuden DVD-R8x media. So far, I have nothing but coasters with the first five TY discs. I have set the write rate setting to 2x in IMGBURN. Any advice on what I should be doing differently?
