  1. Oh I have a pack of 50 discs (probably at *least* 10 of which have now been wasted) don't you worry. I think I've pretty much verified it was a faulty dump since I had no issues burning Germs: Nerawareta Machi from CDRomance's dump,
  2. Alright then, thanks for all your effort, I appreciate it. Probably just an off dump.
  3. I merged them with CDmage because Alcohol said it couldn't verify discs with audio tracks. They weren't merged when I attempted it in ImgBurn, should've specified that. I got my ISO files from Emuparadise with the workaround script, Namco Museum Vol. 2 Japanese version.
  4. It says I'm unable to run the verification step (where ImgBurn points out the sector errors) because the image contains audio tracks, even after I merged them.
  5. This could be helpful. I tried installing it on my new computer (started with my old one because it has an internal disc drive that can burn slower) and Malwarebytes labeled the download file a Trojan. Is this even the right place? https://www.alcohol-soft.com/designzoo/downloada120fe.html Update: I wiped it from my old PC and reinstalled it and now it just, installed. I'll update in this thread.
  6. I'm having trouble installing it. After restarting after the restart prompt when you initially run it, the install gets stuck on "installing core files".
  7. I right-clicked the .cue file and opened ImgBurn through it. I'll try Alcohol.
  8. Update with another problem, when I try verifying the disc I get 24 sector errors. Does that matter? What could be causing that? I 17:31:17 ImgBurn Version 2.5.8.0 started! 9. I wish I could say I omitted them but they weren't there. Now I see though that it says the forced write speed at the end of this message: W 22:00:23 Write Speed Miscompare! - Wanted: 176 KB/s (1x), Got: 1,764 KB/s (10x) I see though, I'll look into a drive that writes at lower speeds.
  10. I burnt Puyo Puyo Tsuu: Ketteiban for PS1 onto a Verbatim CD-R at attempted x1 burn speed to play on my MM3 modded PS1 and got the error message in the title along with "write speed miscompare" right before it. This is the first game I've had this problem with, and something I *really* don't understand is that the top window still said it was being burnt at 1x speed, even though other reports of similar issues i've seen on these said the program forced it into the lowest recommended burning speed (x10 on the packaging for me). 11. I'm using Windows 10 and RiData 8-16x DVD-Rs and after burning them they become write protected and neither the control panel nor registry edit methods work to fix them. I realized I burned them at the wrong speed and want to be able to reuse them. Help?
