    Cannot Write Medium - Incompatible Format

    I have done as you suggested and installed the new firmware. The device is there but I am still getting an error message about being incompatible. Tomorrow I will buy a Verbatim disk, and if that does not work buy a new burner... I 02:26:35 ImgBurn Version 2.3.2.0 started!   4. I am trying to download an AVI Video but when I go to write the file it gives the error message "Cannot Write Medium - Incompatible Format". Do I have to rename the file?
