Try this one: TS-H552U_US09.zip
It's exactly the same from Samsung, but in ZIP format. Run SFDNWIN.exe and manually load the TS-H552U_US09.bin file (click the first button on the top left corner). It should start the flashing process as soon as you've selected the firmware (if it doesn't then click the second button on the top left corner). Remember that there should be no disc in the drive and the tray must be closed before doing this.
