nick_m Posted December 21, 2020 Share Posted December 21, 2020 Hello, I'm using ImgBurn v2.5.7.0 with a USB3 LG Blu-ray burner and Verbatim discs. I've never had a problem on my Win7 computer in about 2 dozen discs. Using the same drive, cable and discs on my new Win10 computer, ImgBurn errors out after the write phase due to a loss of communication. This happened 3 times in a row, so it's not an isolated incident. Fortunately, the discs play/read correctly. I've since switched back to my Win7 machine but I'd like to get it working correctly in Win10. Any ideas how I can resolve the issue?
