W 23:49:28 Waiting for device to become ready... Then stops.... After waiting for an eternity I try to close and an I/O Error comes up and Says "Unable To Recover TOC" What does that mean? I try to Retry and it does it again....then it allows me to close and the disc is not readable in neither PC nor stand alone DVD player.....Also, at times a message comes up saying Unable to Finalize Disc....What can I do to fix that.....I am using Maxell and Memorex DVD +R, I have used these in the past and never had trouble with them before......PLEASE HELP if you would. lfcrule1972 Posted December 1, 2006 Share Posted December 1, 2006 If you search the forum for the dreaded words "CMC MAG" you will see hundreds of problems with that media. You need to buy your discs by media ID (see log above) rather than name on the pack. CMC MAGs are all over the place... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
