I got the same problem... I wanted to Back up the movie Rent For my daughter...because she watches it like 10x a week...It is the second DVD I go thru she keeps scratching the originals.. I refuse to buy her a new DVD... So I tried thenewIMGburn but didn't work...I thought I was doing something wrong.
