When i go to burn the movie won't come up on screen/ It said Image Information unknown, Down at bottom it Said Device Not Ready (Buggy Sense Area Detected (RC:OXOO,D-SK:OXOO,DASC,OXO2,D-ASCO Ib don't know what this means or how to fix it. Please help. Thanks
