Mine too and it appears to be stuck at one particular point. I used the F8 key at that point and the result is below. Note that the write had failed at a particular sector of the disk and had to repeat. May I ask, what the cache synchronization does? Does it write anything to the disk, is it part of the write verification process, or anything else? What happens if I interrupt the process during "Synchronising cache..."?
