  1. Thanks alot for the fast reply i will try both, the only thing is, why would this start now after years of using the same burner and same program would this start happening now i have always burnt at max and never encountered this problem
  2. I am not getting any errors that i know of and i have tryed burning at a slower speed and it is still just stopping at 98% most of the time, i have used img burn to burn hundreads of dvds and this problem just started a week ago so i thought i would upgrade to the new version and the problem still occurs, like 1 in 3 dvd's will actually finish. Anyone that can help it would be greatly appreciated I have posted a copy of the log i hope it tells you something I 22:32:04 ImgBurn Version 2.4.2.0 started! I 22:32:04 Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600 : Service Pack 2) I 22:32:04 Total Physical Memory: 522,032 KB - Available: 173,612 KB I 22:32:04 Initialising SPTI... I 22:32:04 Searching for SCSI / ATAPI devices... I 22:32:04 Found 1 DVD
  3. i am in canada so im assuming that im in a ntsc country but that is news to me i had no idea there was a diff of the file your supposed to download depending on where you live so should i only be downloading NTSC and is PAL the reason why the movie comes up flashing black and white after i burn it??????? and yes i will stop multitasking while burning its just i never burned a dvd till 2 weeks ago so i thought it wouldnt affect the burn just the time it took to complete it I'm not sure what you mean by this i've never heard of either....sorry and im about to update my firmware even though i dont know what that is--my best guess is its the burning software but again im not sure so I appreciate any more help that can be provided thank you
