Thanks Cynthia and LOCOENG. I got some Verbatim disks manufactured in Singapore and upgraded the software to 2.4.1.0 it worked fine.

Hi all, I am getting error while burning iso file to dual layer dvd+r's, no issues with the single layer burn. I have burned the iso files successfully earlier using the same drive.
