**PROBLEM SOLVED** Installed Firmware # b7T9 and now everything is back to normal. Only God knows why the newer firmware doesn't work.

I'd agree with you, however media has not been a problem before. Burned MANY cds with same brand/type in the past. But will try anyways

Hi eveyrone, I was able to burn perfectly any using .iso or .dvd files in the past. I use a BENQ DW1620 B7W9 and MEMOREX DVD+R DL. I recently changed to Windows Vista x64. I downloaded the latest firmware for my Benq B7W9, and I keep getting this error. Any help?
