Krogue Khan

Just wondering if there was a way in ImgBurn (or through some other easy to use program or method) to add a file to an existing image file? For example, if I am backing up a copy of a game, can I add patch folders to the disc so I don't have to worry about finding and downloading the patches at a later time? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
