I 22:15:56 Operation Started!
I 22:15:56 Source File: -==/\/[bUILD IMAGE]\/\==-
I 22:15:56 Source File Sectors: 2,137,040 (MODE1/2048)
I 22:15:56 Source File Size: 4,376,657,920 bytes
I 22:15:56 Source File Volume Identifier: dvd
I 22:15:56 Source File Application Identifier: IMGBURN V2.4.1.0 - THE ULTIMATE IMAGE BURNER!
I 22:15:56 Source File Implementation Identifier: ImgBurn
I 22:15:56 Source File File System(s): ISO9660, UDF (1.02)
I 22:15:56 Destination Device: [0:0:0] HP DVD Writer 630c CH01 (I:) (ATA)
I 22:15:56 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: RITEK-S04-66) (Speeds: 2.4x)
That amount of data would fit a common (single-layer) DVD-R/DVD+R just fine. May I ask why are you trying to burn it to dual-layer media?
By the way, this dual-layer media you have is low quality so that's why you're getting that error. I tried to find a firmware update for your burner but HP's site thinks I wanted drivers for the HP Deskjet 630 printer
When I went to pick up the discs these were the only ones in the shop with 240 minutes on, the rest were only 120 mins. What will I have to do?

It means the drive wasn't able to burn that disc, and usually that happens due to low quality media. Can you post the whole log of that burn?
