Ok so how would I know if it is a dvd burner or not? Ok I a going to say everything thsat happens and paste the log into the post. I put a dvd-r into the drive and close, open up imgburn, it does the following: I 09:24:13 ImgBurn Version 2.4.1.0 started! I 09:24:13 Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600 : Service Pack 2) I 09:24:13 Total Physical Memory: 228,824 KB - Available: 72,596 KB I 09:24:16 Initialising SPTI... I 09:24:16 Searching for SCSI / ATAPI devices... I 09:25:47 Found 1 DVD-ROM/CD-RW! Then I locate the file by browsing for it and select it. Logical Unit is in process of becoming ready.....Then it says No Response Unit Found or something, then it says something else qyuickly then finally it says Medium Not Present - Tray Closed. And after that, it does nothing. I really need this to work. Thnx again. =D

Hey all! I am new here, and I have a problem. Ok, I have imgburn and i have my iso. I load it up on the program, but when i put a disc in it comes up with: Device Not Ready Medium Not Present - Tray Closed. I dont know what to do from there, I am using Verbatim DVD-R 4.7 GB discs, these were recommended by my wiikey installer. Help is desperately needed! PLEASE I BEG YOU! =D
