I've never seen any Taiyo Yuden disc in the Netherlands... Mostly they sell brands like: - Philips - Maxell - Samsung - Verbatim - Imation - and some dubious cheaper brands...

This is the real error, and it seems your CD-RW disc has worn out. I guess it's time to get a new one I tried with 2 different discs, both were new.The first disc was a Samsung 48x CD-R. The second dics was a Maxell 4x CR-RW.
