No, I dont know if you understand what I am saying... The video I have is in MPEG-4, and I am trying to get it to a DVD so I can watch it... Would I split the MPEG-4 with 7zip?

It says it is completed, but it will not play in my DVD player... It seems to work when I go with CloneDVD2, but I need to get those VOB files from the original video file...

I am not sure of the specific name, but I cant get my movies to burn to DVD using the ISO image. Is there a way to turn the movie file into the several "VOB" or whatever files so I can burn them using CloneDVD2?
