I used some custom firmware to set the booktype to DVD-Rom and reduced the speed like you said and now it seems to be working just fine. Thanks for the help.

I'm trying to back up some dvd's. I use DVDFav to rip the disc to DVD9, then use DVDShrink to bring it down to dvd5 in an iso format. SO far I've burnt 4 discs trying to get them to play in my dvdplayer but nothing seems to work. The computer reads them just fine, of course. Can anyone give me some help please?
