I use Philips dvd's Are those bad?

I updated my drive with the patch cynthia posted, but I still get the same error. Can anyone help me?

Why is that? So I can throw this disc away? Bummer

I left Imgburn open. So I should close it now, then update the firmware and try again with a new disc?

I tried to burn an Xbox 360 game for the first time. I have no experience doing this so I'm probably asking a dumb question.
