the newest firefox 3 IE also causes this i just tried it using a 4x dvd rw, and it still does it, so its not a speed thing

all the sudden when im burning a dvd, imgburn goes along and at a random place in the dvd, just stops burning, write rate goes to 0, but it does not error, and the disc keeps spinning in the drive, which stays locked, the computer isn't frozen, and you can still click things on the imgburn window, however, if you try to abort, nothing happens as well as if you try to open any other program from this point it wont open the only way out is a manual reset i think it might have to do with firefox, i noticed on my last try as soon as i opened firefox while imgburn was burning, it went into the process stated above nothing on my system has changed, this is totally out of the blue, and ive wasted about 5 discs so far can anyone help me
