  1. I sent a sample CIF image file. Thanks!
  2. Here is some more potentially helpful info. I used IsoBuster to convert the CIF image to ISO+CUE. I then used ImgBurn to burn that ISO image to disk. This time the verification completed with no errors. Here is the log: I 14:43:53 ImgBurn Version 2.4.2.0 started!I 14:43:53 Microsoft Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600 : Service Pack 2) I 14:43:53 Total Physical Memory: 2,095,152 KB - Available: 1,050,788 KB I 14:43:54 Initialising SPTI... 3. Ok, I understand now. I'd be happy to send you a chunk of a CIF image, I just need to know where to send it. Perhaps you could PM me on that when you get a chance. Thank you very much, and thanks for all your work on ImgBurn!
  4. Thanks for the reply. Can you please elaborate on what you mean by "fallback thorough check"? I did find the log from my test burn. Here it is: I 17:52:53 Operation Started!I 17:52:53 Source File: c:\test_image.cif I 17:52:53 Source File Sectors: 64,000 (MODE2/FORM1/2332) I 17:52:53 Source File Size: 149,248,000 bytes I 17:52:53 Source File Volume Identifier: test_image_name I 17:52:53 Source File Application Identifier: EASY CD CREATOR 5.3 (010) COPYRIGHT
  5. I apologize if this is covered elsewhere, but I couldn't find any info on working with CIF images in ImgBurn. I have a bunch of CIF images that were created with Roxio Easy CD Creator 5. I would like to be able to burn them to disk with ImgBurn if possible. When I select the "Write image file to disk" option in ImgBurn, and click the "Browse for a file" button, it doesn't list CIF as a supported file type. But if I choose "all files", then it lets me load a CIF file. The label and file sys info shown in ImgBurn are correct. I can burn the image to disk and it seems to work, although verification fails. The resulting disk seems to work and contain the correct data. So here are my questions: - Does ImgBurn indeed support CIF images, and if so then why is CIF not listed as a supported file type? - Does the verification failure indicate a real problem with the burn, or is this just an anomaly of the CIF image? (Sorry, I didn't save the log.) Any info on CIF image compatibility/usage in ImgBurn would be appreciated. Thanks!
