Thanks, Lightning UK! I uninstalled DVD43 as sughgested and tried again. Same message, so I did the clipboard thing and results follow - although they mean nothing to me. Any further suggestions? I can't get started. I have 2 dvd +_R burners neither of which ImgBurn recognizes. I have exited DVD43. I get an I/O Error saying the device is not functioning.
