i'm sorry if my problem has been solved in another therad, i've looked for it but i only found similar matters, not the exact one.
the thing is this: it's about burning .iso files into DVD +R DL.
i know Verbatim are the best dvds, not the only ones that work, but the best. i've used Memorex and haven't had any problems before. the thing is i have this RiDisc ones that are giving me problems right before starting to burn. i open the .iso file, ine the write mode, instert the dvd, wait for it to get ready and then press the Write button.
The info listed on the right box when dvd is inserted is this:
