Did you try another brand of DVDs?
Yes I did, and im still getting the same error.
I also tried using a different speed.

I 14:43:12 Destination Media Type: DVD-R (Disc ID: CMC MAG. AM3) (Speeds: 4x, 6x, 8x, 12x, 16x)
Try burning at the other available write speeds. If that doesn't work, get high quality media such as Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden blanks.
So its the Dvd Cd's im using?
I tried a different speed and still nothing works.
I doubt its my drive since I can burn Cd's and such.
I tried a Different CD and still the same problem.

Can you post the full log of that failed burn as it will show some more stuff about your system.

I get this Error when trying to burn the Windows 7 ISO I downloaded.

That could problaby it.
I could burn CD's but Ive never tried burning onto Dvd's.
