Haha! I just googled this same question. I was stuck on 82% for a long time and couldn't figure out what was going on! Crazy thing is that I had made cue files many times before...I guess it was just a brain fart! Thanks for posting the answer Lightening UK!, it is still helping us dummies 4 years later.
