Reading the manual was one of the first things I did and for the record, the machine was turned on. Some more advance-level replies would be appreciated.

Yes, they are able to show jpegs. I specified all 3 systems, ISO9660 + Joliet + UDF(?). I created a disc once before with some other software which I can't recall. This leads me to believe that I have a wrong option value somewhere, but there are so many.

I burned some jpegs on a Verbatum DVD-R. Neither of my Panasonic machines (S35 and EH-50) can read them. They're both supposed to be able to read a DVD-R disc. I was very careful to follow the guide for burning discs. The log has no errors, including the verify. I'm running Vista 64 bit. I tried 3 times. Is there something special about burning a disc with jpegs? Thanks.
