Am updating the firmware now.

the laptop is 2 years old next couple of months so pritty old in computing terms

Update drives firmware, then try with verbatim if fails post a log from verbatim attempt and not the rubbish you have now

 

yeah i have checked for firmware but cant find any. this log is trying to burn to a verbatim

H i am wondering if anyone could help me please. i Have tryied burning Aone Premium,Verbatim and Aone PLUS But keep getting errors...Verbatim and Aone PLUS can be burned fine on my friends computer but Aone Premium fail every time #39;(
