  1. I didn't change any thing its a hp dvd a dh16aal scsi.Its a brand new pc not even a week old.I shut down my pc and rebooted and now i have been able to brun 4 dvds so far but it will do the same thin again.

  3. frist thanks for the help. i still cant fig out how to install frimwear so im going to try the dvd's you recomened.but by chance is it my burner and if so dose bestbuy care one you would go with?Yhanks for the info
  4. ok i downloaded the frimwear and do what you saide but cant get what to do to the frimwear i cant find it in the browser in imgburn.is there some thing i have to do before i burn it?
  5. Update your burner's firmware to LPA3 (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished) and try again. You could try burning at 6x or 8x to see if it works, but the media you're using is junk, so please read this: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000 im not sure how to add firmware any help
