Have you updated it after taking that screenshot? Because the latest is D400 Yes i did update after screen shot and still get smae msg from imgburn,Yes the cd has a image on it. and no windows will not open it!! the cds i have tried are game cds.anything i can do on my end to fix this problem?

Hi all, Kinda new at this but when i put in cd to copy i get this and goes no futher in the burn!!! i`ve updated my firmware on my dvd/burner Any help would be great Thanks Mike
